MOD Pizza has no birthday reward. Its rewards and promotional terms make no mention of one anywhere.
What MOD Pizza Is
MOD Pizza is a fast-casual, build-your-own pizza and salad chain with a flat per-pizza price regardless of how many toppings you choose. Founded in Seattle in 2008, the chain built its identity partly around a stated commitment to “spreading MODness” through hiring practices, alongside its assembly-line pizza model similar to Blaze and Chipotle.
What Was Checked
MOD Pizza’s rewards and promo terms, published at modpizza.com/rewards-and-promo-terms/, were read in full. No birthday element appears anywhere in the document. The program otherwise centers on a punch-card-style free pizza after a set number of visits.
What That Means For You
There’s no birthday-specific step to take here. MOD’s loyalty program still tracks regular purchases toward rewards; it simply doesn’t add anything tied to your birthday. If you already order here often, the standard rewards track is still worth having, just not for this reason.
No Cashback Route
Fluz’s only listing for MOD Pizza is its generic 1.5% virtual-card rate, which doesn’t count as a real route under this site’s standard. No merchant-specific rate was found on Price.com either; the page returned no usable result under any slug tried. The card still works everywhere, including here: Fluz
Q&A
Q: Does MOD Pizza have a birthday discount?
A: No, its own rewards and promo terms don’t mention one.
Q: Is there a cashback route instead?
A: Only the generic 1.5% Fluz card, no merchant-specific rate.
Q: How does the regular rewards program work?
A: It’s structured around earning toward a free pizza after a set number of visits, unrelated to your birthday.
Q: Where did MOD Pizza start?
A: Seattle, in 2008.
Eligibility and Cost
MOD’s rewards program is free to join, with no membership fee. The punch-card-style structure means the free pizza reward is tied purely to visit count, not to any date on the calendar, which is consistent with there being no birthday element at all.
Q: How many visits does the punch-card reward typically require?
A: The exact threshold is set within the app and terms; check your account for the current requirement.
Q: Does MOD Pizza run seasonal promotions?
A: Yes, separate from the loyalty program and unrelated to birthdays.
Q: Does MOD Pizza offer salads as well as pizza?
A: Yes, build-your-own salads are part of the core menu alongside pizza.
Q: How fast does MOD Pizza typically serve orders?
A: Its assembly-line model is built for speed, generally serving a finished pizza in a few minutes.
Q: What does “MOD” stand for?
A: It’s short for “made on demand,” reflecting the chain’s build-your-own, cooked-to-order model.
Q: Does MOD Pizza have a stated social mission?
A: Yes, the company has publicly emphasized “second chance” hiring practices as part of its brand identity.
Compare This To
Blaze Pizza is the closest comparison, a similar build-your-own pizza chain, and it does have a confirmed (if unspecified) birthday perk.
