Reebelo lists no birthday reward on any page read for this post, but its help center publishes one discount code, a 3% bulk code, and its terms disclaim the quality guarantee that its home page advertises. If a refurbished phone, laptop or watch is on your birthday list, the return window, the battery promise and the shipping estimates below are the parts that change what you get.
What Reebelo Is
Reebelo’s About page puts it this way: “We’re a trusted, global marketplace – connecting reliable vendors to customers looking for eco-friendly products.” It adds “Reebelo is a marketplace” and says the network is “100+ global sellers.” The help center explains who does what: Reebelo “manages the entire customer experience,” including “handling warranties and customer service,” while “the products themselves are supplied by our network of trusted, professional vendors.” The About page lists the headquarters as San Mateo, California, and says devices are “quality checked at 70+ points.”
Where the Home Page and the Terms Part Ways
The home page says “Expertly refurbished, quality guaranteed,” and runs a banner of “12-Month Warranty,” “Free Delivery” and “30-Day Trial.” The About page and the warranty page both say “up to 12 months,” and the warranty page says “Depending on the device type, the Warranty is provided either by the manufacturer or by the vendor that sold you the item.” The vendor makes the call on a claim: if a device is returned and “proven by their technicians to be defective,” the vendor will, “at their discretion,” provide a replacement or a refund.
The Terms of Service go further. They say “Reebelo is only responsible for connecting Sellers and Buyers, and can’t and won’t be responsible for guaranteeing that Seller Goods are up to a certain standard of quality.” A few lines later they say Reebelo “expressly disclaims any responsibility and liability for the Seller Goods, including but not limited to any warranty or condition of quality or fitness for a particular purpose.” The terms show no last-updated date. Both sets of pages can be true at once, because the warranty comes from the vendor or the manufacturer and Reebelo runs the claims process. It does mean the promise on the banner is a vendor’s promise, and the vendor is a separate business from Reebelo.
One more mismatch matters to a US buyer. The deals page says devices are “sourced from carefully vetted local US vendors,” while the help center says “Reebelo devices are sourced from both local and international markets.” The help center adds that all devices “can be used on any network in the country you buy them,” and it suggests checking your data plan before you buy.
Returns, and What Sinks a Refund
The help center says “you can return the item free of charge within 30 days from the delivery date,” and it adds “no questions asked.” The warranty page fills in the questions. You “get in touch with our customer service team within 30 days after the delivery date to receive your prepaid return label,” and “We cannot consider refund claims outside this timeframe.” The device has to come back “in the same condition it was purchased,” free of passcodes and iCloud or Google accounts, and with “all accessories it came with.” Then the catch: “If the inspection finds obvious signs of use or the device was damaged after the delivery, no refunds will be granted and we’ll send the device back to you.”
The clock is much shorter if the box arrives damaged: “you must report the issue as soon as possible, within a maximum of 4 business days following delivery,” with photos of the item and the packaging. Take those photos when you open the box.
Battery, Water and the Optional Plan
Reebelo makes a specific battery promise: “All products with batteries come with at least 80% capacity for reliable daily use. Many products offer upgrade options to 100%.” If the battery “drains within the first 3 months more than 10% below the battery tier you selected, you can return your device for a full refund.” After that, the help center says “we’ll gladly connect you with trusted repair partners for discounted battery replacements.”
Water is the other one to know about. The help center says “Some devices are opened during the refurbishing process for vendor testing. Because of this, waterproof sealing is not guaranteed on our refurbished devices,” and “any water damage to your device will void your warranty.” Accident cover is a separate, paid product. The warranty page says “ReebeloCare is an optional product that covers physical and liquid damage from handling that is not covered by the 12-month warranty,” and it warns “A service fee of $50 will be collected from you once your claim has been approved.” It comes in 13-month and 24-month versions.
Shipping, and the Fee Built Into the Price
The shipping policy says “We offer free shipping in the contiguous United States of America.” Small and mid-size items “ship within 1 business day” and are scheduled to arrive “within the following 2 business days (3 business days total).” Large items “ship within 2 business days” and arrive “within the following 5 business days (7 business days total).” The help center gives a wider range: “orders are dispatched from the vendor’s warehouse within 1-2 business days,” and “delivery typically takes between 1 to 10 days.” The shipping policy also says the product page’s estimate “is not a guaranteed delivery date.” You can’t change the address after ordering. If tracking says delivered and you can’t find the box, “the customer must make the claim within 14 calendar days of the delivery date.”
Some orders carry a Buyer Protection Fee. The help center calls it “a small fee charged by Reebelo on some orders,” says it’s “included in the total price of your order,” and answers “Does the seller receive the Buyer Protection Fee?” with “No.” The terms say the breakdown is “itemized within the Cart and Checkout summary prior to payment.”
The One Published Code
Reebelo’s help center says “we do occasionally provide discount codes for extra savings,” entered in the “Discount code or gift card” box during payment, and that promotions are shared on its social media channels. It also publishes one code outright: “For customers looking to buy several devices in bulk, provided it’s 10 or more units in a single purchase, they are welcome to use the code BULKORDER3 for 3% off your order total.” That’s aimed at a business or a family buying a stack of phones, and it doesn’t help with a single birthday purchase. The help center says a Reebelo account gets “exclusive promotions and special offers through our email newsletter,” and it doesn’t say what they are. Payment options are “a credit card, Paypal, Apple Pay,” plus “installment plans through Klarna and Affirm.”
Selling Through Reebelo’s Trade-In
The trade-in side is run with a partner. The help center says “A preliminary quote is calculated by matching your device’s condition against real-time market data,” and that “After our trade-in partner completes inspection, your quote will be confirmed.” If the numbers change, “you can choose to accept the counteroffer provided or you can reject the offer and the device will be returned to you.” You get “an email with a pre-paid shipping label,” you “Send only the device,” and once the final quote is confirmed “you’ll receive a secure link to enter your banking details.” The page names no payout method or timeframe beyond that.
No Cashback Route Found
Price.com’s Reebelo page says “Cash back and coupons are not currently available for Reebelo.” Three TopCashback addresses tried for Reebelo returned “Page Not Found,” and two Fluz addresses returned 404 pages. There’s no rate to quote and no button to offer.
What Was Actually Checked
Reebelo’s home page, About page, deals page, shipping policy, warranty and refund policy, help center and full Terms of Service were read. The word “birthday” doesn’t appear on any of them, or on the Price.com, TopCashback and Fluz pages. Prices and discount badges on the deals page move constantly, so none are repeated here. The ReebeloCare terms documents and the fashion return rules weren’t read, and neither was the partner’s own trade-in site.
Eligibility and Cost
Ordering takes a Reebelo account or checkout details, and the bulk code takes an order of 10 or more units. Returns need contact within 30 days and a device in the condition it shipped. ReebeloCare adds a fee at purchase and a $50 service fee per approved claim. The price on the product page is the total, including any Buyer Protection Fee. Check the estimated delivery date on the page before you rely on it for a gift.
Q&A
Q: Does Reebelo have a birthday reward?
A: None turned up. Reebelo’s home, about, deals, shipping, warranty and help pages and its full Terms of Service were searched for the word “birthday,” and none has a match.
Q: Is there a published discount code?
A: One, for bulk buyers. The help center says “provided it’s 10 or more units in a single purchase, they are welcome to use the code BULKORDER3 for 3% off your order total.”
Q: Who backs the 12-month warranty?
A: It depends on the device. The warranty page says “Depending on the device type, the Warranty is provided either by the manufacturer or by the vendor that sold you the item.”
Q: Can I return a device just because I changed my mind?
A: Yes, within 30 days of delivery and in the same condition. The warranty page says to contact customer service in that window to receive a prepaid return label, and that a device showing “obvious signs of use” won’t be refunded.
Q: What happens if the battery is weaker than I paid for?
A: The help center says that if it “drains within the first 3 months more than 10% below the battery tier you selected,” you can return the device for a full refund.
Q: Is there a fee on top of the listed price?
A: Possibly. The Buyer Protection Fee is charged by Reebelo on some orders and, per the help center, is “included in the total price of your order.”
Q: Is there cashback on a Reebelo order?
A: None turned up. Price.com says cash back and coupons aren’t currently available for Reebelo, and the TopCashback and Fluz addresses tried returned not-found pages.
