Ruggable’s rewards program is gone, and with it the birthday reward. Spill Club, the program that gave members 100 points worth $10 on their birthday, has been retired. Ruggable’s own help center no longer carries a single article about rewards.

The Spill Club $10 birthday registration no longer exists, because the program can’t be joined.

What Ruggable Is

Ruggable sells washable rugs. The design is the product: a lightweight rug cover that separates from a non-slip pad underneath, so the top layer goes in a household washing machine. It sells direct to consumers online, in sizes from doormats up to large area rugs, and the pitch is aimed squarely at homes with kids and pets where a traditional rug would be a liability.

How We Know It’s Gone

Two checks, both on Ruggable’s own support site.

The help center article that explained Spill Club, previously the canonical description of the program, now returns a “page you were looking for doesn’t exist” error. Searching the same help center for “rewards” returns no results at all, and searching for “spill club birthday” returns no results either.

A company winding down a loyalty program removes its documentation. A company still running one keeps at least one article explaining how to join. There is nothing here to join.

What Spill Club Used To Give

Worth recording, because it sets expectations if a replacement arrives. Members registered a birth date and received 100 Spill Points on their next birthday, redeemable as a $10 discount. Points also came from purchases and other actions, and could go toward $10 off, free shipping, and early access to limited drops.

Ruggable has said a new rewards experience is in design. Nothing is live, no launch date is published, and no terms exist to read.

No Cashback Route Either

The usual fallback when a brand has no birthday offer is a cashback portal, and that doesn’t work here.

TopCashback lists no rate for Ruggable. That was checked against a control on the same site, Home Depot, which displays “up to 10% cash back” along with 83 deals and 85 reviews, so the rate display is working and Ruggable genuinely has nothing listed rather than the page failing to load.

The Fluz generic virtual card works at most merchants at around 1.5%, which isn’t a Ruggable-specific rate and doesn’t count as a real route by this site’s standard. It’s still worth having for general use: Fluz.

What To Do Instead

Ruggable discounts come from sitewide sales rather than membership. The brand runs seasonal promotions, and its refer-a-friend program is still live and still documented, which is now the only structured discount path it publishes.

If you’re buying anyway, timing the purchase to a sale will beat what the birthday reward was worth even when it existed. A $10 birthday credit against rugs that commonly run well over $100 was never the reason to buy.

Q&A

Q: I have old Spill Points. Are they worth anything?
A: Ruggable hasn’t published what happens to existing balances. Contact support directly.

Q: Will the new program have a birthday reward?
A: Unknown. Nothing has been published about its structure.

Q: Is refer-a-friend still running?
A: Yes, and its terms are still on Ruggable’s site.

More Information:

Verified against Ruggable’s own help center, including the retired Spill Club article and two zero-result searches, and checked against TopCashback with a positive control, 2026-08-22.
