Skechers gives Silver and Gold tier Skechers Plus members a real birthday gift, confirmed directly in the program’s own terms. The catch: it’s gated to those two tiers specifically, and no amount is ever stated.
What Skechers Is
Skechers is a footwear brand selling casual, athletic, and comfort-focused shoes across a wide range of styles, through its own stores, website, and wide retail distribution. Founded in California in 1992, it has grown into one of the largest footwear companies in the world, known for comfort-technology lines like its memory-foam insoles.
How To Get The Skechers Birthday Deal
To get it, join Skechers Plus and reach Silver or Gold membership tier, then make sure your birthday is on file with your account.
What Was Actually Checked
Skechers Plus’ own Terms and Conditions state directly: “‘Silver’ and ‘Gold’ Membership Tier members are also eligible to receive a birthday gift from Skechers Plus.” No dollar amount or percentage is disclosed for this benefit anywhere in the terms.
Don’t Confuse This With “Memberversary”
The same section of Skechers Plus’ terms also describes a separate “Memberversary” bonus, tied to the anniversary of when you joined the program, not your birthday. These are two different benefits; don’t conflate them. A claim of “2X points during your birthday month” doesn’t appear anywhere in the current official terms and shouldn’t be relied on.
Eligibility and Cost
Skechers Plus’ base tier is free to join, but the birthday gift specifically requires reaching Silver or Gold status, which is based on spend or engagement within the program.
