Vuori Birthday Reward: Enroll Before Your Birth Month

Vuori gives a birthday gift, but you have to add your birthday to your account before your birth month starts. Miss that and your first reward doesn’t arrive until the following calendar year. That deadline is the single most important thing on this page.

Vuori’s own terms state it plainly: you must enroll no later than the last day of the month preceding your birth month. If the date goes in during your birth month or after, the first Birthday Reward is pushed a full year. That means signing up a few days before your birthday can still be too late, because the cutoff can sit up to a month ahead of the day itself.

What Vuori Is

Vuori is a California activewear brand selling performance and lifestyle clothing for men and women. Its reputation rests on fabrics rather than logos, with in-house knits including DreamKnit and BlissBlend used across joggers, shorts, tees, and layers. It sells through its own site and its own retail stores rather than mainly through department stores, which is why the loyalty program is tied to a Vuori account instead of a third-party card.

What You Actually Get

The gift is tiered rather than flat. Your tier is set by how much you spent at vuoriclothing.com and Vuori stores during the 365 days before your birth month begins, calculated after promotional discounts and excluding tax, shipping, and gift cards.

Vuori publishes the tier chart on its birthday program page as an image, so the specific dollar values per tier are not readable as text and are not quoted here. What the terms do commit to is that the value depends on tier at the moment the reward is issued.

Enrollment is free with no purchase necessary and no minimum spend. It’s US residents only. You can join directly on Vuori’s own birthday program page.

The Expiry Window, And A Contradiction Worth Knowing

Vuori’s two pages disagree. The birthday program terms say the reward “expires at the end of the month in which the email was sent.” The program overview page says it expires “30 days from when you receive” it. Those are different windows, and for a birthday late in the month they’re very different.

Treat the shorter reading as the real one and redeem inside the calendar month. That costs nothing if the longer window turns out to apply, and protects you if it doesn’t.

The Exclusions That Bite

The reward can’t be combined with other offers or discounts, can’t be used on sale items, and can’t buy gift cards. It won’t apply to tax or shipping, and it can’t be applied to a prior purchase.

The sale-items exclusion is the one that catches people. Vuori runs seasonal markdowns, and a reader saving a birthday reward for a sale is saving it for the one moment it won’t work.

There’s also a returns rule: if you return items bought with a replacement Birthday Reward, no further reward is issued and you forfeit the reward’s value on the returned item rather than getting it back.

Q&A

Q: My birthday is in three weeks. Am I too late?
A: If your birth month has already started, yes, for this year. Add the date now and the reward lands next year.

Q: Do I need to buy anything to join?
A: No. Enrollment is free with no minimum spend. Spending only affects which tier you land in.

Q: Can I stack it with a promo code?
A: No. The terms exclude combining it with other offers or discounts.

Q: Does a V1 Community membership change this?
A: V1 members can participate, but the gift still can’t be combined with other discounts.
