Jack Rogers’ rewards program, Club Jack, lists a birthday gift of 100, 250 or 500 points depending on your tier, which comes to $5, $12.50 or $25 at the program’s rate of $5 per 100 points. The rewards page doesn’t say what the gift looks like when it arrives, so those dollar figures are our math from the program’s own chart, not numbers Jack Rogers prints.
What Jack Rogers Is
Wikipedia describes Jack Rogers as a women’s footwear company founded in 1960 in Palm Beach, Florida, with sandals, flats, sneakers, boots and booties, plus men’s and kids’ shoes and accessories. Its signature style is the Classic Jack sandal, known for whipstitched leather trim. The brand’s own My Jack Story page tells the origin this way: “In 1960, during an Italian holiday, America’s style icon of the time discovered a flat sandal with whipstitched leather.” Wikipedia names her as Jackie Kennedy and the place as Capri, and says a cobbler in Palm Beach copied the sandals in other colors.
How To Get The Jack Rogers Birthday Deal
Create a Jack Rogers account, then tell the program your birthday. The rewards page lists “Tell us your birthday” as a way to earn points, worth 100 points, right next to “Account creation” at 100 points. The program’s FAQ says “You can join our loyalty program by creating an account” and that “Once you are logged in and have an email associated with your account, you will start receiving rewards on purchases.” The page doesn’t say where in your account the birthday goes, so look in your profile and the rewards panel once you’re logged in.
What The Birthday Gift Is
The rewards page has a tier chart with a “Birthday gift” line under each tier. Signature Member (0 to 249 points) reads “Birthday gift 100 points.” VIP Member (250 to 499 points) reads “Birthday gift 250 points.” Platinum Member (500 or more points) reads “Birthday gift 500 points.” The page doesn’t explain the line, so we read it as that many points added to your balance.
The program’s FAQ says “Every 100 points = $5 off! Redeem at checkout for instant savings,” and the redeem chart says that without vouchers it’s “$1 off per every 20 points.” At those rates the three gifts come to $5, $12.50 and $25. That’s the number to expect if the points land as points. If you start at Signature, the 100-point gift is a $5 voucher on the redeem chart.
What We Couldn’t Confirm
The pages we read don’t say when the gift arrives (your birthday, your birth month or some other day), whether it’s added to your account on its own or has to be claimed, or how long it lasts. The only expiry rule we found is for points in general: “Points now expire after 12 months instead of 6.” They also don’t say whether your tier is set by your current balance or by points earned over a stretch of time. The site’s terms of use, updated February 12, 2025, never mention the rewards program or birthdays. If you join, check your points balance around your birthday, and read the email Jack Rogers sends before you plan an order around the gift.
How The Points Work
The earn chart lists 1 point per $1 on an order, 100 points for creating an account, 100 for telling them your birthday, 25 for signing up for emails, 50 for signing up for texts, 25 each for following on Instagram and liking on Facebook, and 200 for referring a friend. By our math, joining and giving your birthday adds up to 200 points, which the redeem chart prices at $10 Jacks Dollars. Platinum members earn 2 points per $1 instead of 1.
The redeem chart runs $5 Jacks Dollars at 100 points, $10 at 200, $15 at 300, $20 at 400, $25 at 500 and $50 at 1,000. The FAQ says you get codes by email to use on the website and adds that “Promo codes cannot be combined with any other offers.” New members also get credit for purchases made in the past 12 months. Free shipping depends on tier: Signature members get it on orders over $149, VIP members on orders over $99, and Platinum members on every order.
What The Old Post Claimed
An earlier version of this post said to sign up for the email list with your birth date and wait for an email a few days before your birthday with details of an exclusive discount. The pages we read tie the birthday to the rewards account, and signing up for emails earns 25 points, not a birthday offer. We found no page that mentions a birthday email or a percentage off. The old post also said the Navajo sandal was inspired by traditional Native American moccasins, and the brand’s own account of its start is the Italian-holiday sandal above, so that’s gone. The 1960s founding holds up. The general FAQ does say Jacks sandals are handmade, but we found nothing on a US-made claim or the sustainability section the old post described.
What Was Actually Checked
A plain request to the rewards page on 2026-10-19 came back without the tier chart, so we read the page in a browser that day: the earn chart, the redeem chart, the tiers and the FAQ at the bottom. The home page, the My Jack Story page, the site terms, the general FAQ and Wikipedia were read the same day. We didn’t log in, so what a member sees after joining, including when the gift shows up, wasn’t visible to us.
Eligibility and Cost
The FAQ says you join by creating an account and that you need an email on it to start earning. The pages we read don’t state an age limit, a residency rule or a fee for the program.
Q&A
Q: Does Jack Rogers have a birthday discount?
A: Club Jack lists a birthday gift of 100, 250 or 500 points by tier. The page doesn’t call it a discount, but points redeem at $5 per 100.
Q: How much is the Jack Rogers birthday gift?
A: 100 points for Signature, 250 for VIP and 500 for Platinum, according to the tier chart. That’s $5, $12.50 and $25 by our arithmetic.
Q: Do I have to spend anything first?
A: The lowest tier starts at 0 points and lists a 100-point birthday gift, so the chart doesn’t ask for a purchase first.
Q: Do I have to tell them my birthday?
A: The pages don’t say the gift requires it. The only birthday step the rewards page lists is giving your birthday, and that’s worth 100 points on its own.
Q: When do my points expire?
A: After 12 months, according to the FAQ.
