Bob Evans doesn’t have a birthday reward, and the two places it asks for your email don’t ask for your birthday. The home page invites you to “Join Our Email Club” with an email address and ZIP code, and the account sign-up form has four fields: first name, last name, email and password.
What Bob Evans Is
The About page says Bob Evans began as a “4-stool, 6-table diner” on a farm in Rio Grande, Ohio, and that “Bob Evans Restaurants are now in 18 states.” The contact form lists them: Delaware, Florida, Illinois, Indiana, Kansas, Kentucky, Maryland, Michigan, Missouri, North Carolina, New Jersey, New York, Ohio, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Tennessee, Virginia and West Virginia. The menu runs from breakfast to dinner, and the site offers pickup and delivery.
What The Old Post Said
The earlier version of this post also said there was no birthday reward, and the pages read this time agree. It described the email list as the only sign-up path. That holds for the restaurant site, which has a separate account sign-up for online orders as well, and neither one has a birthday field.
What The Sign-Up Forms Ask For
The Email Club box on the home page reads “Be first to know about delicious deals & new meals,” and asks for an email, a ZIP code and a preferred location. After you submit, the page says “Your first offer is on its way.” The page doesn’t name the welcome offer or its value. The account page, read through a second route because a plain request was blocked, has a checkbox for email with the wording “Sign up for email to get the latest news and offers.” It asks for no birthday there either.
What Birthday Offers Would Need
The privacy policy says Bob Evans has access to “demographic details about our customers such as birthdate, gender, ZIP code, and other similar details.” It doesn’t say a birthday offer comes of it. We searched the site for birthday, rewards and offers pages, and all three addresses returned “Not Found.”
What You Can Do Instead
The email club is free and the first offer arrives right after you join, so it’s worth joining if you eat there. Enter the ZIP code where you actually eat, since the form uses it to find your restaurant. If you’re planning a birthday breakfast, ask the restaurant when you book. Whether staff do anything for the occasion is up to each location, and the site doesn’t promise it.
No Real Cashback Route Found
Fluz and TopCashback both returned a not-found page for Bob Evans, and Price.com returned nothing. A page that doesn’t load isn’t proof that no cashback exists, but no Bob Evans rate turned up on any of the three. If you want a general card rate on the bill, Fluz offers a virtual card that isn’t specific to Bob Evans. Rates move, so check again before you go.
What Was Actually Checked
Bob Evans’s home page, About page, contact page, privacy policy, site map, sign-in page and sign-up page were read on 2026-10-08. The sign-up page blocked a plain request, so it was read through WebFetch. The pages carry no dates.
Eligibility and Cost
The Email Club is free, and so is an account. Neither requires a purchase.
