Cold Stone Creamery gives My Cold Stone Club members a birthday reward every year, loaded to your account 7 days before your birthday. It’s good for two weeks, from 7 days before your birthday to 7 days after.
What Cold Stone Creamery Is
Cold Stone Creamery is an ice cream chain that sells its Creations at participating locations. The birthday reward is part of My Cold Stone Club Rewards, its free loyalty program.
How To Get The Cold Stone Creamery Birthday Deal
Create a My Cold Stone Club Rewards account, which asks for your birthdate, phone number and email address, and register it at accounts.spendgo.com/Authenticate/coldstone. Your account has to be registered before you can redeem rewards. In a shop, enter your phone number on the terminal at checkout before you pay. Online, sign in before you place your order and click redeem reward at checkout.
What The Reward Is
Cold Stone’s club page says only that you get a reward every year on your birthday. The Cold Stone app’s listing says Buy One, Get One FREE on your birthday, and an older FAQ says a free Cold Stone Creation. Check your account when the reward loads to see which one you have.
The Timing
The reward loads 7 days before your birthday and expires 7 days after it. You have two weeks to use it in a shop or online.
Points And The Welcome Offer
Members earn 1 point for every full dollar spent, and every 50 points turns into a $5 reward on a purchase of $5 or more. New members get 25 bonus points, which is halfway to a $5 reward, and a welcome Buy One, Get One FREE Creation. Cold Stone lets you redeem only one offer or reward per transaction, so the $5 reward and the Buy One, Get One can’t share a purchase. It doesn’t say whether the birthday reward follows the same limit.
Family Accounts
You can add up to seven members of your household who are under 13 to your account.
Eligibility and Cost
My Cold Stone Club Rewards is free, with no fees, and you must be 13 or older to become a member. Rewards are available at participating locations. Cold Stone doesn’t state a purchase requirement for the birthday reward.
