Does Forever 21 have a birthday discount?
Not one worth planning around. Forever 21 filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection in its US business, and its own customer notice says the company is “beginning the process of closing a number of stores across the U.S.” and is “no longer offering new gift cards or credit cards.”
What the company itself has said
The notice applies to the US business only, and states that Forever 21 stores outside the US continue as normal. It also set a hard date on existing balances: gift cards and store credit were honored “through and including April 15, 2025.”
The practical read for a birthday is straightforward. A retailer winding down its US operations is not one to build a birthday plan around, and any birthday offer still sitting on a round-up list predates all of this.
What we could not confirm, and are not going to guess
Whether any birthday reward still reaches people already inside the loyalty program. The Forever 21 rewards pages that load do not describe one, and the card benefit page does not load at all. So this post says no rather than inventing certainty about a program in the middle of a bankruptcy.
No birthday reward.
Although Forever 21 does not run a birthday discount you can join, Fluz does offer a virtual card that earns a small percentage back at almost any store, Forever 21 included. It is a payment method rather than a rewards program, so there is nothing to join weeks ahead. Rates move, so check the current one before you buy.
Checked against Forever 21’s own notice to customers. Programs change their terms often, so confirm before you rely on this.
