Ralph Lauren’s help page says “We do not have a loyalty program,” and nothing we read from its site offers a birthday discount. What the site does offer is free shipping and free returns when you order through an account, plus an app that promises “product drops and offers available only on The Ralph Lauren App.”
What Ralph Lauren Is
Wikipedia calls Ralph Lauren Corporation “a publicly traded American fashion and lifestyle brand founded in 1967 by American businessman Ralph Lauren in New York City.” The labels run from Polo Ralph Lauren, the best known, up to Purple Label at the top of the price range, and the company licenses its name to other makers for things like eyewear, fragrances and bedding.
What The Help Page Says
Ralph Lauren’s customer service page asks the question directly: “Do you have a loyalty program?” The answer reads “We do not have a loyalty program; however, we encourage you download The Polo App and be the first to know about upcoming releases and limited-edition collections, plus get exclusive content and more insider access to the World of Polo.” The next line sends you to the email list: “Please register your email address with us to stay up to date on our promotions and special offers throughout the year.” It points to the site’s Sale section for current promotions. The word birthday doesn’t appear on the page.
What An Account And The App Give You
A banner across the site says “Enjoy free shipping on orders made using a RalphLauren.com account. Enjoy free returns within 30 days of the order ship date.” The details under it say the shipping offer applies at checkout once you’ve signed in at RalphLauren.com or in the app, and that it doesn’t cover purchases shipped internationally. They also mention a “minimum purchase amount” without ever stating one. The app page has an “Exclusive Access” heading with the line about product drops and offers, and it doesn’t say what those offers are or how big.
What The Email Pop-Up Asks For
The email sign-up pop-up says “Be the First to Know” and “Discover new arrivals, exclusive offers, and much more.” It has one field, for an email address, so there’s no place to enter a birthday.
The Factory Store Form With A Birthday Box
One form does ask. A copy of the Polo Ralph Lauren Factory Store email sign-up page, captured by the Internet Archive on 2018-08-06, required a first name, last name, email, address and a birthday month and day, with a mobile phone number as optional. It states no offer. Its only promise is “You are signing up to receive emails from Ralph Lauren Corporation and its affiliates. You can unsubscribe at any time.” The address that form lived at no longer loads for us, so we can’t say whether it’s still in use or what the birthdays were used for.
What The Old Post Claimed
An earlier version of this post said members of Ralph Lauren Rewards get a 15% birthday discount or a special promotional offer by email during their birthday month. The help page says there’s no loyalty program, and we found no page that describes one by that name. The Wayback Machine hasn’t archived ralphlauren.com/rewards, the address we tried, and the live site wouldn’t let us look around for ourselves, so this post rests on what Ralph Lauren’s own help page says.
No Real Cashback Route Found
Ralph Lauren’s page on Fluz lists only the app’s general virtual-card rate, up to 1.5%, and no Ralph Lauren gift card offer. TopCashback’s Ralph Lauren address loaded a Designer Fashion category page, and none of the listings we could read is Ralph Lauren. Price.com’s page came back empty. A page that doesn’t load isn’t proof that no cashback exists, but we found no Ralph Lauren rate worth sending you to.
What Was Actually Checked
ralphlauren.com answered a plain request with a redirect and no page, and answered a browser with a human-check page that begins “Access to this page has been denied.” So the store’s pages were read from Internet Archive copies: the customer service page captured 2026-01-17, the general help page captured 2024-10-11, the Ralph Lauren App page 2026-01-17 and the email pop-up 2025-12-26. The 2024 help page gives the same loyalty answer as the 2026 one. None of those copies mentions a rewards program or a birthday offer. Wikipedia, Fluz, TopCashback and Price.com were read live on 2026-10-12.
Eligibility and Cost
There’s nothing to join for a birthday offer, because the pages we read don’t describe one. The free shipping and returns perk needs a RalphLauren.com account, and the banner doesn’t list a price for one. The factory store form promised only emails you can unsubscribe from at any time.
