Timed Ticketing and Planning a Visit

Q: Do I need to book a specific time slot to visit?
A: Yes, tickets are sold for timed entry windows, a scheduling system unrelated to birthdays.
Q: Does membership include the Baltimore location only?
A: Yes, since the Washington, D.C. campus closed in 2022, membership benefits apply to the Baltimore location.
Q: Can I purchase tickets for a future birthday visit in advance?
A: Advance timed-entry tickets can be purchased for any date, but no birthday-specific pricing applies regardless of when it’s booked.
