Naturalizer’s free Insider program gives members a Birthday Perk worth $10 off a $50 purchase, but you have to register at least two weeks before your birthday month and be subscribed to Naturalizer’s marketing emails. Miss either one and you aren’t eligible, so this is a sign-up to do early.
What Naturalizer Is
Naturalizer’s About page opens with “THE FIRST BRAND EVER TO DESIGN SHOES TO THE CONTOURS OF A WOMAN’S FOOT. IN 1927.” The page also says the brand sells sizes “5M-12XW and everything in between,” and the site footer credits Caleres, Inc. The birthday perk belongs to the Naturalizer Insider program, which you can join in a store or on naturalizer.com.
How To Get The Naturalizer Birthday Deal
Create a Naturalizer Insider account at least two weeks before your birthday month starts. The program’s FAQ says “To receive your Birthday Perk, you must register as an INSIDER at least two weeks prior to your birthday month and be subscribed to marketing emails.” The sign-up form has a required Birthday field labeled “Receive special birthday rewards,” and the terms add “Accurate birthday data is required.” If you join in a store, the terms say you “must register your account online to have full access” to your rewards and benefits.
What You Get And When
The FAQ answers the question directly: “As An INSIDER, you’ll receive a $10 off $50 perk for your birthday.” The terms call it “a bonus benefit valid during their birthday month,” so it’s a birthday-month perk, not a year-round one. The FAQ also says “We may elect to offer alternative Birthday Perks at our discretion,” which means the $10 off $50 could be swapped for something else.
To use it, the terms say to sign in to your account, in a Naturalizer store or on Naturalizer.com, and your available benefits show up at the time of purchase. Online, they say you redeem it from the cart or your account’s Benefits page.
The Fine Print
Benefits come with an expiration date, and the terms say they “must be used by 11:59 p.m. Central Time on the stated expiration date.” They also can’t be used for gift cards, taxes or fees, can’t be applied to a previous purchase, and have no cash value. Each benefit can only be redeemed by the member it was issued to. The page doesn’t say how the perk reaches you, so watch your account and your email in the month before your birthday month.
Joining also gets you a separate welcome offer. The FAQ says new members “will receive a $10 off $50 certificate when you register,” and that’s a different thing from the Birthday Perk.
What The Old Post Claimed
An earlier version of this post said the loyalty program is free, that you should give your birth date when you register, and that a special offer would arrive by email when your birthday rolls around. The free program and the birth date both hold up. What the old post left out is the rule about registering at least two weeks before your birthday month, and it didn’t mention the $10 off $50 amount. We found no page that says the offer arrives by email, only that you have to be subscribed to marketing emails to qualify. The old post also mentioned comfort technology, which Naturalizer’s About page doesn’t describe, so that’s gone.
What Was Actually Checked
Naturalizer’s own site wouldn’t open for us on 2026-10-19: our page-reading tool got a 403, a direct request got a Cloudflare “Access Temporarily Blocked” page and a browser we drove sat on a security check. Everything above comes from archived copies. The Insider page and the program terms are copies dated 2026-02-16, the FAQ is a copy dated 2026-05-18 and the About page is a copy dated 2025-12-11. The newest is about five months old, so the amount or the rules could have changed since.
Eligibility and Cost
There’s no cost. The terms say “No purchase is necessary to join the INSIDER Program.” The FAQ says “This is currently a U.S.-only loyalty program.” The terms say customers “must be of the age of majority in their state of residence and have a valid U.S. mailing address or email address,” and that online orders “can only be shipped within the 50 United States.”
