Puma gives 20% off in your birthday month, Converse emails a one-use code for $15 off $75, and Steve Madden gives $15 at its free first level and up to $40 at the top. Foot Locker and Champs share a $5 or $10 FLX Cash gift, Naturalizer gives $10 off $50, and Jack Rogers gives 100 points that redeem for $5 off. If your birthday month is close, check the timing first: Puma needs your birthday saved at least a week before your birthday month starts, Naturalizer needs you registered two weeks before it, and Foot Locker and Champs let you claim from a month before. Vivobarefoot, JD Sports, New Balance and UGG have a birthday gift or bonus but don’t say what it’s worth. Terms change, so check the brand’s page before you go.

Puma: 20% off during your birthday month for PUMA RED members, free to join for US residents 18 or older. Save your birthday (month and day) in your account at least one week before the month starts. Puma doesn’t say how the offer reaches you or whether it needs a minimum order, so plan on using it at PUMA.com or in the app and check the total at checkout.
Converse: $15 off an order of $75 or more, from a one-use promo code emailed in your birthday month and good for 60 days on converse.com in the United States. Sign up for Converse emails with your birthday and stay subscribed, because the code only goes to emails that are still subscribed to marketing when it’s sent. It can’t be combined with another discount, and it doesn’t cover gift cards, Converse Launch or Converse Limited Edition.
Steve Madden: a birthday reward through SM PASS, free for US residents 18 or older who share their birthday with Steve Madden. It’s $15 at Insider, where everyone starts, $20 at VIP, $30 at Superstar and $40 at Icon. Your tier resets to Insider every 12 months from the day you signed up, so $15 is the figure to expect. Steve Madden doesn’t say how the reward arrives, how long it lasts or whether it needs a minimum purchase.
Naturalizer: $10 off a $50 purchase in your birthday month for Naturalizer Insider members, free to join and US only. Register at least two weeks before your birthday month and stay subscribed to Naturalizer’s marketing emails. Naturalizer says it may swap in a different birthday perk. These are the terms as of May 2026.
Foot Locker: $5 in FLX Cash at Tier X1 and $10 at Tier X2 or X3, through the free FLX Rewards program. Tiers follow what you spend in the program year: X1 is $0 to $249, X2 is $250 to $499 and X3 is $500 or more, so a new member gets $5. Claim the gift in your FLX dashboard starting a month before your birthday month. It expires 30 days after you claim it.
Champs Sports: the same FLX Rewards gift as Foot Locker, from the same account: $5 in FLX Cash at Tier X1 and $10 at X2 or X3. One sign-up covers Champs, Foot Locker and Kids Foot Locker. Put your birth month on your profile and opt in to emails, because Champs emails you a month ahead.
Jack Rogers: a birthday gift of 100 points for Signature members, 250 for VIP and 500 for Platinum through Club Jack. Points redeem at $5 off per 100, so the gift comes to about $5, $12.50 or $25. Creating an account and adding your birthday are worth 100 points each. Jack Rogers doesn’t say when the gift arrives or how it’s claimed, and points expire after 12 months.
A gift or bonus, no amount given
Vivobarefoot: VivoRewards members who are US residents 18 or older can pick one accessory from the Birthday gifts page as a treat for their birth month. The first ten items on the page, care products and insoles, are priced from $10 to $18. Vivobarefoot doesn’t say whether your pick is free or discounted or how you claim it.
JD Sports: every member of the free STATUS program gets a birthday gift, and A-List members, who spend $500 in a calendar year, get an upgraded one. JD Sports doesn’t say what either gift is. STATUS is for US residents 18 or older, so if you join, look for the gift in your account before your birthday.
New Balance: free members get a special offer on their birthday, and New Balance doesn’t say what the offer is. Opt in to emails when you create your account. The old myNB Rewards program paid $20 on a birthday, but it ended in December 2021 and nothing on the current membership page mentions the $20. These are the terms as of May 2026.
UGG: Premium members ($250 to $500 of spending) and Elite members (over $500) of UGG Rewards get a birthday bonus, and free Select members don’t. UGG doesn’t say what the bonus is. A 2021 FAQ promised Premium members double points on a purchase in their birthday month, so ask UGG before you spend to reach Premium. These are the terms as of July 2026.
