What OnePlus Is
OnePlus sells phones, audio products, watches, pads and accessories through its own US store. Its US website terms are between the user and “ONEPLUS USA CORP., a Nevada corporation,” and its privacy policy says OnePlus Technology (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd. is responsible for collecting and using personal data.
In July 2026, OnePlus said: “After careful assessment, OnePlus will no longer launch new products in Europe and North America. All users’ rights and interests, including after-sales support and software updates, will remain fully guaranteed.” TechCrunch reported the statement on July 16, 2026. OnePlus’s US site was still live when this was checked.
What Was Actually Checked
The US Red Cable Club page, the RedCoins center, the user agreement, terms of sale and privacy policy were read, and none contain a birthday benefit. Red Cable Club runs on points called RedExp, with four levels: Explorer (0 to 1,999), Insider (2,000 to 4,999), Elite (5,000 to 9,999) and Supreme (over 10,000). Coupons rise by level: 5%, 6%, 8% and 10% off phones, and 10%, 12%, 15% and 20% off accessories. RedCoins are earned with a OnePlus Account, and linking a device earns an extra 200.
India is different. OnePlus India’s Red Cable Club table lists an “RCC Exclusive Birthday Gift” for all four levels, with no description of what it is. It isn’t a US benefit. The OnePlus account signup page wouldn’t load for the tools used here, so whether US signup asks for a birthday is unconfirmed. OnePlus’s privacy policy lists the account data it collects as email address, username, password, region, phone number and profile picture, and never mentions a birth date.
No Real Cashback Route Found
Fluz shows only its generic 1.5% store rate for OnePlus. TopCashback has a OnePlus page, but it shows no merchant rate, only TopCashback’s general sign-up message. Price.com says cash back isn’t currently available for the store. That leaves no merchant-specific cashback offer to point to.
Eligibility and Cost
Red Cable Club needs only a OnePlus Account. OnePlus’s US terms give a 15-calendar-day window to request a refund or replacement, and a 14-day price-reduction request at OnePlus’s “sole and absolute discretion.” The US terms also include a mandatory individual arbitration clause and class action waiver.
