Which Amount Is Current
Two live Vera Bradley pages describe the offer differently. The birthday offer terms page says “During the offer period take 20% off your entire purchase of qualifying items on verabradley.com and in Brand Stores. Cannot be combined with other promotions. Exclusions apply.” The Exclusive Birthday Offer collection page says “Don’t forget to redeem your $25 off your order of $100 or more Exclusive Birthday Offer on eligible products!”
The pages don’t say which one reaches you. The two work out the same at $125, because 20% of $125 is $25. Under that, $25 off an order of $100 or more is the bigger saving, and over it the 20% wins. Whichever your email and account show is the one to go by.
The Window And The Limits
The terms page sets the window: the offer is “valid in the US only on verabradley.com and Brand Stores during the recipient’s birthday month (begins 12:00 am ET online on the first day and ends 11:59 pm ET online on the last day of the month).” So it’s one calendar month, and it covers the website and Vera Bradley’s own stores.
The standard exclusions page lists items the offer doesn’t cover, among them “Licensed Products,” “Foundation Collection,” “Monogramming and Personalization Fees” and “Gift Cards and Electronic Gift Cards.” Since monogramming is excluded, add it to your budget at full price.
The Half-Birthday Offer
Vera Bradley also publishes a separate half-birthday offer. Its terms apply “during the recipient’s half birthday month” and repeat the same 20% off an entire qualifying purchase, while its collection page shows $25 off an order of $99 or more. The pages don’t explain how the half birthday month is worked out.
What The Pages Don’t Say
No page read gives a join-by date, says how the offer arrives, says whether it’s one-time use, or names a minimum for the 20%. The terms don’t say whether Vera Bradley’s outlet stores take the offer, since they name only verabradley.com and Brand Stores. There’s no rewards program in the picture either: no page read describes tiers or points.
Two other Vera Bradley offers can look like this one but aren’t. The email sign-up terms describe a unique code for 15% off that’s good for one use, and the welcome offer terms give 20% off a full-priced purchase through December 31, 2026, not valid in the outlet stores.
