Panda Express gives Panda Rewards members a birthday gift each year, and you pick it from a selection of options. The gift is a purchase-based offer, so you add the item to an order rather than walking out with a free meal. Rewards membership is free.
What Panda Express Is
Panda Express is a Chinese fast-food chain, and Panda Rewards is its free loyalty program. Members earn 10 Panda Points for every $1 spent on qualifying purchases at participating U.S. locations. The birthday gift is separate from the points.
How To Get The Panda Express Birthday Deal
Sign up for Panda Rewards and enter your birthdate at least 24 hours before your birthday. Panda sends the gift to your account on the day itself. Sign in, go to Rewards, open the Offers tab and tap the Birthday Gift to see your options. Pick one, tap Redeem, then add that item to an in-store or online order and check out as usual. Enter your birthdate carefully, because once it’s saved you can’t change it in the app or on the website.
What The Gift Is Worth
Panda doesn’t list the gift options or a dollar value. Its rewards page marks the gift as a purchase-based offer, so plan on buying something at the same visit. If your order has more than one gift item in it, Panda applies the offer to the item that gives you the best value. Only one reward, gift or offer works per order, so you can’t stack the birthday gift with another offer.
How Long You Have
The gift expires on the date printed on the offer itself. Panda doesn’t publish a standard window, so open the Offers tab on your birthday and read the date before you plan the trip.
Eligibility and Cost
Panda Rewards is free. You have to be at least 13 to use Panda’s services, and members under 18 need a parent or legal guardian supervising their account. Points expire after 365 days without a qualifying purchase.
