Aritzia doesn’t have a birthday offer, and its email sign-up page asks for an email address and nothing more. The pages we read promise “insider info on sales, new arrivals and more good stuff,” and none of them mentions a birthday, a welcome code or a rewards program.
What Aritzia Is
Wikipedia calls Aritzia “a Canadian clothing retail company” and says it opened its first store in 1984 in a Vancouver mall. Its own site brands the clothes “Everyday Luxury,” and the shop runs from Super Puff coats and cashmere to sweatfleece and dresses. The terms of use are written for two separate storefronts: “The Services may be used only by natural persons resident in the United States,” with Canadian shoppers sent to Aritzia’s Canada site.
What The Mailing List Gives You
The sign-up page says “Get brilliantly crafted emails from us on new arrivals, restocks and all things Aritzia,” and the form has one field, an email address. A text version exists too. Aritzia’s text terms say you consent to “marketing and promotional text messages about Aritzia’s products and services,” that “Message frequency will vary,” and that you can leave by texting STOP. No page we read says either list comes with a first-order code, so signing up gets you news of sales, not a discount.
Where The Savings Actually Are
Aritzia’s help page lists the sale rules instead of a birthday perk. Sale items marked down less than 50% can be returned for merchandise credit on a gift card, and “Sale items marked with a discount of 50% or greater are final sale.” Returns of online orders are free for US shoppers: “Returns are free within the US when signed into your Aritzia account.”
The terms of use also name a separate Archive Sale site, archivesale.aritzia.com, and link to its promotion details. When we opened that page it answered “Our site is temporarily unavailable while we make some changes,” so we can’t tell you what the Archive Sale offers or when it runs.
One more program is on the FAQ page: “Join the Aritzia Research Community for a chance to provide valued feedback and receive an Aritzia gift card in return.” It’s a research panel, not a birthday gift, and the page says “for a chance to,” so a card isn’t guaranteed.
What The Old Post Claimed
An earlier version of this post said Aritzia doesn’t offer a birthday discount, and the pages we read agree. It also pointed to Altar’d State and Madewell as nearby brands that run birthday rewards, and both are linked below with what they give.
No Real Cashback Route Found
Aritzia’s page on Fluz lists 1.5% cashback on a Fluz virtual card, which matches the general rate the app’s FAQ gives for virtual-card purchases, so nothing on that page is specific to Aritzia. TopCashback’s Aritzia address returned a not-found error. Price.com’s page says “Cash back and coupons are not currently available for Aritzia.” A page that doesn’t load isn’t proof that no cashback exists, but we found no Aritzia rate worth sending you to.
What Was Actually Checked
Aritzia’s FAQ page, mailing list sign-up page, text messaging terms, terms of use and About page were read on 2026-10-13, along with Wikipedia, Fluz, TopCashback and Price.com. None of the Aritzia pages mentions a birthday. The Archive Sale details page didn’t load, so nothing here describes that sale.
Eligibility and Cost
The mailing list is free. The terms of use limit the US site to US residents who have reached the age of majority, which they put at 18 in most places. Text messages may carry carrier data rates.
