Neither page says which end date is the right one, so if you’re a healthcare worker planning to order near the end of the window, the safe move is to order before November 18.
The Other Discounts Oura Lists
The Promotions page says “Educators, first responders, healthcare professionals, and students who verify their professional status with ID.me can save 10% on Oura Ring 4 and Oura Ring 4 Ceramic. US only.” The Preferred Pricing page adds “Eligibility is confirmed through our third party verifier, ID.me” and “Once verified, the discount applies automatically at checkout.” The Promotions page also says “All partner Oura Ring discounts apply only to Oura Ring 4 models unless otherwise specified,” so the 10% doesn’t reach the Ring 5 on those pages.
Military and government shoppers go through GOVX. The page says “Veterans, active-duty military, first responders, and other eligible government workers can receive a dedicated discount on Oura Ring through GOVX,” and lists the eligible groups, including “full-time or volunteer firefighters.” It doesn’t state a percentage. The lululemon line is just as short: “lululemon members have access to exclusive, tiered discounts on the Oura Ring,” with the amounts shown in lululemon’s member portal.

If Oura sends birthday emails or app messages, those wouldn’t show up on any of these pages.
