Say you’re picking out a watch or a ring for your birthday and you go looking for the birthday deal. What turns up is mostly other people’s birthdays: Garmin’s Birthday Sale celebrated Garmin and was scheduled for September 13 to 20, 2026, and the Google Store ran a sale for Google’s 28th birthday that included Fitbit wearables. Across the eight wearable brands checked in late September 2026, against their own pages or archived copies of them, only Amazfit puts a birthday reward in its own written terms, a Rs. 500 credit on its India store that says nothing about shoppers elsewhere. Two WHOOP forum posts mention a birthday code said to come from WHOOP, and staff never said whether it exists. For US shoppers the money sits in cashback and newsletter codes: TopCashback lists 10% at Amazfit and Suunto, and Polar gives 10% off one purchase for joining its newsletter. Terms change, so check each brand’s page before you order.

One birthday credit in writing, and it’s in India
Amazfit: the rewards terms on Amazfit India’s store list a birthday bonus of Rs. 500 “on their special day.” The page prices in rupees and says nothing about shoppers in other countries, and none of the US store’s pages read mention a birthday. The terms don’t say how Amazfit learns your birthday or whether the credit expires. For US shoppers the money is TopCashback’s 10% and Price.com’s 2%, plus a GovX discount for military, teachers, first responders and government employees. TopCashback’s page doesn’t say which Amazfit store it tracks.
Birthdays that aren’t yours, or aren’t confirmed
Garmin: the “birthday sale” was Garmin celebrating itself. An archived copy of the page reads “Celebrate Our Birthday with Savings,” and the page’s code schedules the promo for September 13 to 20, 2026. It showed 25% off watch bands and a sale on select JL Audio car speakers, subwoofers and amplifiers, and the address now redirects to Garmin’s general promotions page. No cashback route turned up.
Google Store: the only birthday on its pages is Google’s own, a sale celebrating the company’s 28th anniversary that ran September 13 through 27, 2026, with savings on Pixel phones, Fitbit wearables and more. It applied to everyone, and no cashback route turned up.
WHOOP: two posts on WHOOP’s community forum, dated May 27 and June 12, 2026, describe “a birthday discount code gifted by Whoop” that didn’t apply at checkout. WHOOP’s staff replied to each with “Please reach out to our support team directly” and never said whether such a code exists, and no WHOOP page read mentions a birthday. The discounts WHOOP does put in writing are 10% off prepaid Peak and Life memberships for new members who are military, nurses or first responders, and a Student Beans page for students. No cashback route turned up.
No birthday reward, but cashback and newsletter codes
Suunto: its home page offers a 5% code for joining the newsletter, and TopCashback lists 10% back. TopCashback excludes purchases made with a coupon code it doesn’t display, and an emailed newsletter code isn’t displayed there, so read its terms before you use both. Price.com lists 3.4% with a $15 cap per order. Suunto’s footer says “Free returns” while its returns page says you pay return costs unless the mistake was Suunto’s, so ask before you buy a watch as a gift.
Polar: its US store gives 10% off one purchase for joining the newsletter, and the fine print says it can’t be combined with other promotions. Price.com lists 1.5% cashback at Polar. A gift that gets returned is refunded to whoever paid, within thirty days.
No birthday reward, but group discounts and trade-ins
Oura: no birthday reward turned up, and Oura’s own pages give two end dates for its 30% healthcare offer on Oura Ring 5: November 20 on the Promotions page and November 18 on the Preferred Pricing page. The 10% ID.me discount covers Oura Ring 4 models on the pages read, and Oura says only one discount can be applied to an order. No cashback route turned up.
Withings: the live site sits behind a challenge page, so everything here comes from archived copies. The Withings Days page said a free account got up to 20% off with no promo code, for July 21 to 27, 2025, and at the printed prices the sale took 15% to 20% off, more than the 10% newsletter code, which couldn’t be combined with it. The Student Beans partnership has ended. No birthday appears anywhere in it, and no cashback route turned up.
Coros: no birthday reward or cashback turned up, but its trade-in page credits at least $50 toward a new Coros watch when you send in a working Garmin or Apple GPS watch. It’s for US residents, the credit is refunded to your order after Coros verifies the old watch, and the trade-in can’t be canceled once you ship. Refurbished Coros watches are listed at 20% off with a one-year warranty.
