Does FLUENT have a birthday discount?
Yes, and it is not one offer. FLUENT is a cannabis dispensary chain operating in Florida, New York, Pennsylvania and Texas, and what you get on your birthday depends on which of those states you are in and which tier of its rewards program you have reached.
The rewards program birthday credit
FLUENT Rewards is free to join and pays a birthday credit once a year. It is twenty-five dollars at the free tier, and fifty dollars at Premier and Elite, which are reached by spending five hundred and twenty-five hundred dollars a year respectively.
The state promotions are separate, and different again
Pennsylvania runs ten percent off every purchase for the entire month of your birthday rather than a single visit, and it stacks a further five percent onto promotions already below thirty percent off, with the total capped at thirty.
New York is a flat fifteen dollars in rewards, redeemable once, and it has to be used inside your birthday month.
Those are the two states FLUENT publishes birthday terms for. If you shop in Florida or Texas, ask your own store rather than assuming the Pennsylvania version applies to you.
Which version is actually worth planning around
Pennsylvania, by a distance. A month of ten percent off every visit is worth far more than a single fifteen dollar credit, and it is the only version here that rewards more than one trip. Everywhere else, the birthday benefit is a small one-off and the rewards credit is the larger part of it.
Before you go
This is a dispensary, so the ordinary rules apply before any birthday one does. You have to meet your state’s requirement to buy at all, which means being 21 or over for adult use or holding a medical card. That is not something to arrange on the day.
No cashback portal carries dispensaries either, so there is no percentage back to stack on top. Fluz, Price.com and TopCashback all return nothing for this category.
Checked against FLUENT’s own rewards page and its Pennsylvania and New York promotions pages. Cannabis programs change their terms often and vary by state, so confirm with your own store before you rely on this.
