AMC gives every AMC Stubs member a real birthday gift, tiered by your membership level. Confirmed directly in AMC’s own terms and conditions.
What AMC Is
AMC Theatres is the largest movie theater chain in the United States, operating theaters nationwide and known for its AMC Stubs loyalty program.
How To Get The AMC Birthday Deal
To get it, join AMC Stubs and provide your date of birth in your profile. Your account must be active for one full calendar month before you’re eligible, and the gift loads automatically on the first day of your birthday month.
What Was Actually Checked
AMC’s own AMC Stubs Terms and Conditions state directly: “Birthday Gift. If a Member provided a date of birth, a ‘birthday gift’ will be automatically loaded onto the Member’s account on the first day of the birthday month that is entered into the Member’s profile. AMC Stubs Insider Members will receive a free large popcorn and AMC Stubs A-List, A-List Classic, Premiere and Premiere GO! Members will receive a free large fountain drink and a free large popcorn. Offer is valid for one calendar month from the date of issuance at which time it will expire… New enrollments must be active for one calendar month before the Member is eligible to receive the birthday gift.” Gourmet popcorn, home delivery, grocery popcorn, AMC Popcorn Pass, and promotional offers are all excluded from the gift.
Higher Tiers Get More, Not Just a Bigger Version of the Same Thing
The free Insider tier gets popcorn only. The paid A-List, A-List Classic, Premiere, and Premiere GO! tiers all get both a free large fountain drink and a free large popcorn, a real upgrade rather than just a loyalty-points bump.
Eligibility and Cost
AMC Stubs Insider is free to join. The higher tiers that unlock the drink are paid subscriptions. The birthday gift requires a full calendar month of active membership before it’s earned.
