Say you’re planning a birthday outing and want something free to come with it, a day at a Disney park, a stop to stuff a bear with a kid, a few laps on an indoor go-kart track. Disneyland hands out a free birthday button, and Tokyo Disney gives a sticker with your name on it. Build-A-Bear charges a child their age in dollars for a bear that regularly costs $14, and K1 Speed gives one free race in your birthday week. Vivid Seats says it will send a birthday reward for a future ticket order but never says how much it’s worth. These five were each checked on October 7, 2026, against their own pages. Terms change, so check the brand’s page before you go.

Free when you show up at the park
Disneyland: a free birthday button, picked up at City Hall on Main Street, U.S.A. in Disneyland Park or at Guest Services in Disney California Adventure Park. You need valid park admission, and Disneyland’s pages list no birthday discount, free ticket or code.
Tokyo Disney: a birthday sticker with your name and a message, handed out when you tell a Cast Member it’s your birthday at Main Street House in Tokyo Disneyland, Guest Relations in Tokyo DisneySea, a Disney Hotel or on the Disney Resort Line. The resort says it will celebrate even if you don’t visit on the actual day. It’s the Japanese resort, run by a separate company from the American parks.
A free race or a cheap bear
K1 Speed: one free race within a week of your birth date, once per calendar year, included with the Annual License ($8.50 at most centers). You need ID and a race package bought in the last 365 days, only your own race is free, and it works at K1 Speed but not at K1 Circuit.
Build-A-Bear: the age a child is turning is the price of a Birthday Treat Bear, so a 5-year-old pays $5 for a bear that regularly costs $14, with a $1 minimum. It’s for Bonus Club members, in stores only, any day of the birthday month, and the child has to be there. Bonus Club is free for adults to join and needs no proof of age. Build-A-Bear’s own site refused our read, so these terms come from saved copies of its pages dated May to September 2026.
A reward you claim in an app
Vivid Seats: a free Birthday Reward for Rewards members who share their birthday details in the Vivid Seats app, described only as a promotional discount on a future order in the app. No page gives its size, whether it’s a code or credit, or how long it lasts, so check the Rewards section of the app after you add your birthday.
