Avis and Budget: both owned by Avis Budget Group, both run completely separate loyalty programs, and neither has a birthday benefit. Both carry a real 3% TopCashback rate.
Enterprise, Alamo, and National: all three owned by Enterprise Holdings, all three run separate programs, and none has a birthday benefit. Enterprise and National each carry a real 2% TopCashback rate; Alamo carries 3%.
