Fluz’s page title is “1.5% cashback at Decluttr,” and it carries the line “Get 1.5% cashback at Decluttr with a Fluz virtual card. Available while supplies last.” That rate comes from paying with a Fluz virtual card, and it points to a store with no open website, so it isn’t a route to anything.
