The rewards page FAQ answers the birthday question directly: “Absolutely! Members that sign up for Red Lobster Nation 10 days prior to their birthday and include their birth date will receive a special birthday reward. If you didn’t, you can add it to your profile on the Account screen in the app. The birthday reward will be issued 7 days before your birthday.” Sign-up is free, in the app or at redlobster.com/rewards, and the program is open to “all U.S. residents who are the age of majority in their home state (which is usually 18 years old).”

Canada
Red Lobster’s U.S. program terms exclude its Canadian site, which runs its own sign-up. That page says “Join to get a free appetizer or dessert, plus other irresistible deals” and gives no birthday detail, so the birthday reward above is a U.S. offer.
What Was Actually Checked
Red Lobster’s rewards page, full terms and conditions, Canadian home page and Wikipedia were read on 2026-10-08. A plain WebFetch of the terms page was redirected to a bot-check page, so the terms were read through a plain page fetch instead. The rewards section of the terms is marked “Updated effective as of August 19, 2026,” while the general terms on the same page carry a 2020 date. The welcome offer of 20% off a first $30 order isn’t a birthday benefit and isn’t counted here.
