No, and it is worth being precise about that, because Surterra runs a great many other discounts. Its customer discounts page names eleven of them and birthday is not one. The dedicated birthday discount page Surterra once published now returns a 404.
Where the ten percent figure comes from
The ten percent attached to Surterra birthdays is a real number that belongs to something else. Surterra’s loyalty program redeems five hundred points for a ten percent discount, and it is available on any day of the year. Somewhere in the round-up chain that rate got attached to birthdays, and this post carried the error until today.
What Surterra does run
Sixty percent off the first two orders, capped at a two hundred and fifty dollar pre-discount total and usable once. Thirty five percent for veterans and financial hardship on the first and fifteenth of each month. Thirty percent for over-55s on Senior Saturday, or fifteen percent daily. Fifteen percent for students, service industry and cannabis industry workers alike.
One limit runs across all of it. Loyalty discounts are described as stackable, but only one loyalty discount can be applied per order.
Before you go
This is a dispensary, so the ordinary rules apply before any birthday one does. You have to meet your state’s requirement to buy at all, which means being 21 or over for adult use or holding a medical card, and that is not something to arrange on the day.
