Zara doesn’t list a birthday benefit or a loyalty program anywhere in its US help center. The newsletter form asks for your email and the departments you like, and it has no birthday field or discount offer. If you’ve seen a Zara birthday code advertised, nothing Zara published backs it up.
What Zara Is
Wikipedia describes Zara as “a Spanish fast fashion retail subsidiary of the Spanish multinational fashion design, manufacturing, and retailing group Inditex.” The pages read for this post are Zara’s US site, so what follows is about the US store.
What The Help Center Covers
Zara’s US help center sorts its topics under headings such as My Zara account, Items and sizes, Gift options, Deliveries, Payments and invoices, Exchanges returns and refund, Zara Pre-Owned and Newsletter and text messages. There’s no loyalty, rewards or birthday topic among them, and a search of the raw page code for those words came back empty.
What An Account Gets You
The account page lists what you gain by registering: “Here are some of the advantages of having an account at Zara.com:” The list that follows includes “Make purchases quickly.” and “Check the information and status of your all your purchases and returns.” It also mentions notifications about orders and new arrivals in the app, resending a pick-up label for returns and creating lists of favorite items. None of those is a discount, and none mentions a birthday.
What The Newsletter Gives You
The newsletter help page says “If you would like to receive information weekly about the new collections, our promotions, and other news from Zara.com, don’t forget about our Newsletter and Text Messages.” The signup form reads “Select your interests and receive the latest new and trends weekly.” It asks for your email address and the departments you want. There’s no birthday box and no first-order offer on that page, so signing up gets you news and not a code.
Why This Is An Absence Finding
This post can say what Zara’s pages don’t contain, and it can’t say what Zara will never do. The privacy policy and terms weren’t read, the Zara app wasn’t checked and neither were Zara’s sites outside the US. A perk delivered only inside the app or by an email Zara chooses to send would show up on none of these pages. The finding is that Zara’s US help center doesn’t offer a birthday benefit, which is why the post is typed as having none.
No Real Cashback Route Found
TopCashback’s Zara address returned a not-found page. Price.com’s Zara page says “Cash back and coupons are not currently available for Zara.” Fluz lists only its standard 1.5% on a virtual card, which is its general card rate and not a Zara-specific one. The card still works at Zara’s checkout: Fluz. A page that doesn’t load isn’t proof that no cashback exists anywhere, but no Zara rate turned up on any of the three. Rates move, so check again before a big order.
What Was Actually Checked
Zara’s US help center pages for newsletters, registration and login, profile management, My Zara QR and prices policy, the US newsletter page and Wikipedia were read on 2026-10-06. WebFetch got an HTTP 403 on the help pages, and a plain fetch returned them. The newsletter page was read through headless Chrome, and the home page came back as an empty shell.
Eligibility and Cost
An account and the newsletter are free. Neither one asks for a birthday.
