“All Members are eligible to receive a birthday gift each year, while supplies last.” The only requirement is having your birthday entered in your account profile with a valid email or the mobile app; no stated lead time.
In store, no purchase is required. Online or for pickup, the rule is a merchandise purchase of a non-marketplace product “subtotaling greater than $0,” which in practice means almost anything qualifies.
