GoPro’s live legal pages refused plain page requests, so the terms (September 15, 2026) and privacy policy (June 2, 2026) were read from archived copies, and the 2025 annual report was read from the SEC’s filing system. None of them contain a birthday offer, and the annual report has no mention of the word at all. The home page newsletter box, “Get exclusive offers and updates,” asks for an email address only. The account signup loads through script, so whether it asks for a birthday wasn’t confirmed.

The subscription page says: “Subscribers save up to 50% off accessories at GoPro.com … Save up to $150 USD on your next GoPros. The ID.me page says: “Enjoy 5% off GoPro products* for all verified military and veterans, first responders, medical professionals, government workers and teachers. *Only in the US.”
