What You Get And When
The size of the gift follows your tier: Tier X1 members get $5, and Tier X2 and X3 members get $10 as a birthday reward. The tiers are set by spending. X1 is $0 to $249, X2 is $250 to $499, and X3 is $500 or more. The FLX Rewards Program Year runs from February 1 to January 31.
If you’re opted into emails, Champs emails you a month before your birth month to say the gift is in your FLX Rewards Dashboard. You can claim it a full month before your birth month and during your entire birth month. Once you claim it, your birthday reward expires 30 days later.
Signing Up Late
Members who sign up during their birth month can only claim their reward for that month. You still get a claiming window, but a shorter one, and you might miss the email that would have told you about it. Joining a month or more ahead is the easier way to do this.
Using The Reward
Birthday rewards sit in a virtual wallet in your FLX Rewards Dashboard. Online, you apply the reward at checkout. In a store, let the team member know you have a reward in your wallet or show the barcode on the reward at checkout. You can also ask a team member to verify your account before they apply an FLX Cash reward.
A Separate Welcome Offer
Champs also offers 20% off $49 or more for opting in to marketing emails and texts. That offer isn’t tied to your birthday, and it’s separate from the FLX Cash gift.
