Pandora gives a birthday treat through My Pandora, its free rewards program: Silver members get 10% off and Gold members get 15% off. You reach Silver by adding your birthdate to your profile and making a purchase after you join, and the treat then lands in your account on your birthday and stays good for 30 days.
What Pandora Is
Wikipedia describes it this way: “Pandora A/S (stylised in all caps) is a Danish jewelry manufacturer and retailer founded in 1982 by Per Enevoldsen.” Pandora’s US site sorts its range into charms, bracelets, necklaces, rings, earrings, lab-grown diamond pieces and engravable jewelry, and its menu includes a “Create your own charm bracelet” page for anyone building a bracelet charm by charm. The old Pandora Club address, us.pandora.net/en/pandora-club/, now loads the My Pandora page, and that’s where the birthday treat is described.
How To Get The Pandora Birthday Deal
To get it, create a free My Pandora account, add your birthdate (month and day) to your profile, and make at least one purchase after you’ve joined. Pandora’s terms say membership is “free of charge and no purchase is necessary to create an account,” but the birthday treat starts at the Silver tier, and moving up from the starting Pink tier takes your birth date plus “at least one purchase where you earn points.” Purchases made before you finish signing up don’t count toward that requirement.
What The Terms Say About The Treat
Section 3.6 of the My Pandora terms covers it: “The Birthday Treat will be available for Silver and Gold members. Silver members will receive a 10% off voucher Birthday Treat and Gold members will receive a 15% off voucher Birthday Treat.” On timing, it says “If you provide your birthdate, the Birthday Treat will be available in your account on your first birthday after you join and every year thereafter while you are a member.” So if you join in June, reach Silver, and your birthday is in September, your first treat arrives that September.
The treat “can be used in Participating Stores and online,” and the terms add “There is no minimum purchase required.” It’s valid for 30 calendar days from the date it’s issued, and it’s single-use. The page footer says the reward “must be redeemed within 30 days from the birth date in your profile.” Because the terms put the treat in your account on your birthday, the two wordings describe the same window. The terms don’t give a cutoff for how long before your birthday you need to have reached Silver, so don’t leave your first purchase to the last week.
The exclusions are shipping costs, taxes, gift cards, 14K gold, last chance and sale items, and the Pandora Lab-grown Diamonds and Pandora Essence collections. The treat also “cannot be used in conjunction with discounts or other vouchers.” If an online order can’t be fully fulfilled, or you return the entire purchase, the terms say the treat is reissued with a new 30 days. A partial return doesn’t reissue it.
Silver Or Gold: What The Extra 5% Costs
The program page says Gold members “spend $400 a year” for the 15% birthday gift, and the terms say “Leveling up from Silver to Gold requires you to spend $400 USD or more within a 12-month period.” The extra five points of discount works out to $5 on a $100 piece, so the birthday treat alone isn’t a reason to chase Gold. The page lists other Gold benefits, including 20% off and double points once a year. The terms also say Pink members who hold a Pandora Credit Card and have completed their profile with a birthdate are “automatically upgraded from Pink to Gold for the first 12 months.”
Limits Worth Knowing
Membership is limited to people who are at least 18, and the terms say accounts, benefits and rewards “are only valid for use in the United States.” Pandora also reserves the right to “end this program, at any time, with or without notice,” so check the page before you plan around a specific percentage. Joining also earns a separate 10% welcome gift that shows up in your account three days later and lasts 30 days. The FAQ on the program page says My Pandora discount vouchers can’t be combined in the same transaction, so the welcome gift and the birthday treat can’t share an order.
What Was Actually Checked
Pandora’s program page and terms returned a Cloudflare block page (a 403) to a plain page fetch and to the WebFetch tool, and its help page returned only an empty loading shell to a plain fetch. All three were read through a headless Chrome browser on 2026-10-03: the My Pandora program page, its terms and conditions (Version 1.3, last updated 24th of July 2025) and the help page. Wikipedia’s company summary was read from its article page. The program page and the terms both name the 10% and 15% treats and the 30-day window. The terms describe the treat as available “in your account,” and the text read doesn’t mention a birthday email or a checkout code.
