You check four different pizza chains’ apps looking for a birthday reward, and three of them have nothing. The fourth, the one you’d have bet on first, has something better: not a birthday perk at all, but a real cashback rate most searches never turn up.

These four have a real, confirmed birthday reward
Round Table Pizza: applies automatically the day of your birthday through Royal Rewards, no sign-up deadline at all. Valid 14 days.
California Pizza Kitchen: a free birthday dessert at every tier, starting from the base Palm tier everyone joins at. Spend more in a year and it upgrades to a full birthday entree plus double points all month.
Blaze Pizza: a confirmed “Birthday Bonus,” though the brand doesn’t publish what it actually is. Real, just unspecified.
Uno Pizzeria & Grill: a real coupon, but it needs an active account. At least $20 spent dine-in or takeout within the 11 months before your birthday, or nothing issues.
Domino’s has no birthday reward. It has something else worth knowing about instead
Domino’s Rewards program has no birthday element anywhere in its published terms. What it does have: a genuine 15% cashback rate on gift cards through Fluz, well above the generic 1.5% virtual-card rate that applies almost everywhere else in this category. A merchant with zero birthday benefit can still be a real deal through a completely different mechanism, which is exactly why this site checks the cashback route before typing anything a flat no.
Five more have nothing at all, for different reasons
Marco’s Pizza, MOD Pizza and Jet’s Pizza simply never built a birthday element into their rewards programs. Nothing to catch here, just nothing there.
Hungry Howie’s rewards program doesn’t currently exist. Howie Rewards ended July 6, 2026, and the site is a waitlist for whatever replaces it.
Toppers Pizza relaunched its whole rewards structure as “Upper Crust Society” and the birthday element that used to exist didn’t carry over. Older round-ups describing a free birthday Stix are describing a program Toppers itself retired.
None of the five carry a real cashback route either; only the generic 1.5% card applies where Fluz lists them at all: Fluz
