Sonos has no birthday reward. Sonos doesn’t run a general consumer rewards or loyalty program of any kind, checked directly against its own support site. A real 2% cashback rate through TopCashback is the actual option instead.
What Sonos Is
Sonos makes wireless speakers, soundbars, and home theater audio systems, sold through its own site and major electronics retailers.
What Was Actually Checked
A site-wide search of Sonos’s own support site for “birthday” returned zero results. The only loyalty-adjacent thing Sonos runs is its Upgrade Program, a one-time 15% to 30% discount credit for customers who already own specific older Sonos products, applied toward a new purchase. It isn’t date-based and has nothing to do with a customer’s birthday. A Sonos Community moderator also confirmed the only thing internally called “Sonos Rewards” is a private, NDA-gated beta-testing program, not a public consumer benefit.
The Real Route: A Genuine Cashback Rate
TopCashback pays a real, merchant-specific 2% on Sonos purchases.
Eligibility and Cost
No membership or loyalty program exists to join. The Upgrade Program requires owning an eligible older Sonos product first.
