Suunto doesn’t list a birthday reward on any page read for this post, but its home page offers a 5% code for joining its newsletter, and TopCashback lists 10% back at Suunto. The two offers may not mix, though, and Suunto’s own pages give two answers on whether returns are free.

It says “If an item is not suitable, you may return it and receive a full refund (excluding return costs) by completing the return procedure on our online platform within 30 days of receiving the product.” The conditions are “The products have not been used” and “The products are in their original, undamaged packaging,” and it adds “Packages opened with care will not be considered damaged.”
On cost, the page says “If the return is due to an error on our part, the return costs will be fully refunded upon receipt of supporting documentation,” and “You will be liable for the cost of returns for any other reason, but we will refund you for your order.” On exchanges it says “Items cannot be exchanged but may be returned.” Refunds arrive “within 2 to 5 working days” depending on how you paid, and Suunto says a full refund follows “within 48h of receiving the returned products at our warehouse.” If you’re buying a watch as a gift, that means a wrong size or the wrong model comes back at your expense, and the footer’s “Free returns” is best read as a question for customer service before you order.
The Real Route: Genuine Cashback Rates (10% at TopCashback, 3.4% at Price.com)
TopCashback’s page reads “Get 10% of the price back with our Suunto Cash Back offers,” and lists 10% for an online purchase. The exclusion it names is “Use of a coupon code not displayed on TopCashback.” Its terms add “Cash Back is calculated only on the item(s) price and does not include taxes, shipping or other fees,” and “To be eligible for Cash Back on all products, you must begin your purchase with an empty shopping cart.” That’s why the newsletter code needs a second look: a code that comes to your inbox isn’t displayed on TopCashback, so using it may cost you the cashback. On paper 10% back is bigger than 5% off, but TopCashback’s terms decide, so read them on the page. TopCashback’s page also lists Suunto deals with codes. None were tested here, so this post doesn’t repeat them.
Price.com’s Suunto page reads “Earn 3.4% cash back at Suunto,” and its terms block lists “Max Cash Back Per Order: $15.” At 3.4%, that limit starts to matter on orders above roughly $440. The same terms say “Purchases will typically show in your wallet as pending in 7 days” and “Cash Back will be added to your wallet in approximately 90 days.” A list of similar stores further down the page shows a separate “Suunto US” entry at 5% cash back, and the page doesn’t say how it differs from the 3.4% headline. Price.com also lists coupon codes for Suunto, and none were tested. Rates move, so check the current number before you order.
