Want a coffee or something sweet on your birthday? Starbucks and Dutch Bros each give a free drink, Jamba a free smoothie, Nothing Bundt Cakes a free Bundtlet and Auntie Anne’s a free pretzel. Baskin-Robbins sends a birthday coupon, Crumbl gives Silver members a free Single, and Dunkin’ triples your points for three days. Cold Stone and Krispy Kreme give a reward and a gift and don’t say much about either. Check what you need before your birthday: Starbucks wants you to join a week ahead and make a purchase first, Jamba wants $15 spent, Auntie Anne’s wants $1 spent in the past year, and Crumbl’s voucher starts at the Silver tier. Terms change, so check the chain’s page before you go.

A free drink or smoothie
Starbucks: a free handcrafted drink, food item or bottled drink for Starbucks Rewards members, in a standard menu size. Join at least 7 days before your birthday, add your birthday to your account and make at least one Star-earning purchase beforehand. Green members have your birthday only to use it, Gold members get 7 days and Reserve members 30.
Dutch Bros: one free drink of any size, up to 32 oz., through the Dutch Bros app. It arrives on your birthday if you already have the app, or the next day if you download it that day, and it’s good for 30 days. Scan your Dutch Pass when you visit. Birthday rewards can’t be shared.
Jamba Juice: a free birthday smoothie for My Jamba Rewards members with $15 spent on the account. It shows up two weeks before your birthday and expires 14 days after it. Jamba doesn’t give a size, and it can’t be combined with other offers.
A free treat
Nothing Bundt Cakes: a free individual Bundtlet for Bundtastic Rewards members, who are at least 16 and live in the 50 states, D.C. or Ontario. Joining is free in the app, online or in the bakery. Nothing Bundt Cakes doesn’t say when it arrives or how long it lasts.
Auntie Anne’s: a free Original, Sweet Almond or Cinnamon Sugar pretzel for Rewards members with at least $1 spent through their account in the past 365 days. It expires 30 days after you receive it, and it doesn’t work on third-party delivery or with other offers.
Baskin-Robbins: a birthday coupon in the BR App for Birthday Club members, who are 13 or older and opted in to emails. The FAQ says members get a free scoop. One account can cover up to five family members, and most but not all U.S. shops accept it, so call ahead.
Crumbl: a free Single voucher for Silver-tier Rewards members, which starts at 500 Crumbs earned in the year, about $50 in purchases. Crumbl doesn’t say when the voucher arrives or how long it lasts.
Bonus points
Dunkin’: triple points on purchases the day before, the day of and the day after your birthday, so 30 points per $1 instead of 10. Add your birthday to your Dunkin’ Rewards account, since Dunkin’ says you won’t get birthday offers without it. Rewards start at 150 points.
A reward or gift, details not given
Cold Stone Creamery: a reward every year for My Cold Stone Club members, loaded 7 days before your birthday and good for two weeks. The Cold Stone app describes it as Buy One, Get One FREE. You need to be 13 or older and register your account.
Krispy Kreme: a birthday gift for Krispy Kreme Rewards members, good for 30 days, and Krispy Kreme doesn’t name it. It works in shop, in the app, online and in the drive-thru at participating U.S. shops, but not on third-party delivery.
