Satechi gives you 250 points on your birthday, and its help center puts that at $10 of credit. You enter your birthdate when you create your account and the credit lands on its own. The one rule to plan around is that the date can’t be within 30 days of the day you sign up. TopCashback adds 5% on purchases.
What Satechi Is
Satechi’s About page opens with “San Diego, 2005. Two college friends, Brock and Alan, had a simple idea: create tech accessories that work great, look great, and improve people’s lives.” The timeline says “It all started in December 2005, when college friends Alan and Brock decided to turn a shared dream into reality,” and the company describes itself as making “eco-premium tech accessories.”
How To Get The Satechi Birthday Deal
To get it, create a Satechi Rewards account and enter your birthdate. The rewards page lists it among the ways to earn: “Celebrate your birthday: 250 points.” The help article on the birthday gift says: “You will be able to enter your birthdate when you create an account. On your birthday, your account will be automatically credited and you will see it added to your account balance.” No action is needed on the day.
The 30-Day Rule
Satechi’s article carries a note: “Your birthdate cannot be within 30 days of account creation.” Its own example is someone with a May 10 birthday who signs up on May 1 and is told to enter June 10 so the credit arrives on that later date. That does get you the points, but on a day that isn’t your birthday. The simplest way through is to sign up more than 30 days before your birthday and enter the real date.
What The Points Are Worth
Satechi’s redemption article says “Your Satechi Rewards points convert to credit at a rate of 25 points = $1, to use on your next purchase.” The same rewards page lists other ways to earn: 250 points for joining, 250 for a first purchase and 1 point for every $1 spent. The same article lists a “Welcome credit” too: “When you sign up, you automatically receive a $10 credit to use on your next purchase of $25 or more.” It doesn’t say whether that’s the 250 join points converted or a separate credit on top. Points can’t move between accounts, so the birthday credit stays with the account that earned it.
No Real Route Beyond TopCashback
TopCashback’s Satechi page reads “Get 5% of the price back with our Satechi Cash Back offers,” with one tier listed, “Online Purchase 5%,” and an exclusion for “Use of a coupon code not displayed on TopCashback.” Price.com’s Satechi page says “Cash back is not currently available for this store,” and Fluz returned a not-found page. Rates move, so check the current number before you order.
What Was Actually Checked
Satechi’s About page, its rewards page and eight help center articles were read, pulled through the help center’s public article feed because the article pages refuse a plain page request. The articles cover earning credit, redeeming it, the birthday gift, credit limits, balance checks, point transfers, earlier purchases and trouble using credit at checkout. Every reward figure here comes from the help articles and the rewards page, and none comes from the About page.
Eligibility and Cost
Credit can only be applied when the cart is over $25: “You can apply credit towards any purchase over $25.” Satechi also says “discount codes and rewards credit cannot be combined on single purchase,” so pick one or the other at checkout. “Shop Pay Express Checkout method currently does not support our rewards platform,” so use the regular checkout when you’re spending credit.
