Twitch has no birthday reward. Twitch doesn’t run a general customer loyalty or rewards program comparable to other platforms in this batch, checked directly against its own help center. A real 5.5% cashback rate through Fluz is the option instead.
What Twitch Is
Twitch, owned by Amazon, is the largest live-streaming platform for gaming and other content, with a paid ad-free subscription tier called Twitch Turbo.
What Was Actually Checked
Twitch’s help center article on date-of-birth changes confirms that field is used only for age-verification and account-appeal purposes, not rewards. A separate article on stream-events and anniversary settings covers a streamer’s own affiliate or first-stream anniversary date, not a personal birthday benefit for the streamer or a viewer. Twitch Turbo, the paid ad-free tier, carries no birthday perk in anything checked.
A Paid Cosmetic, Not a Birthday Reward
Twitch sells a “Happy Birthday” Cheermote, a purchasable animated Bits emote viewers can buy to celebrate a streamer’s birthday in chat. That’s a paid cosmetic for tipping a streamer, not a benefit Twitch gives the customer on their own birthday.
The Real Route: A Genuine Cashback Rate
Fluz sells Twitch gift cards at a confirmed 5.5% cashback rate, a real, merchant-specific rate.
Eligibility and Cost
A Twitch account is free. Twitch Turbo is a separate paid monthly subscription. Neither ties any benefit to a birthday.

A: A virtual currency viewers purchase to send animated Cheers and Cheermotes in chat, supporting streamers directly.

A: Yes, for streamers who meet activity thresholds, letting them earn revenue from subscriptions and Bits, separate from any customer-facing birthday benefit.
Q: Is Twitch owned by the same company as Prime Video?
