AMC: a free large popcorn for Insider members, plus a free large fountain drink for paid tiers, confirmed directly in AMC Stubs’ own terms.
Cinemark: a real birthday surprise loaded into your account automatically, though Cinemark never names a specific item.
Marcus Theatres: a free large popcorn, emailed to you on your actual birthday.
Alamo Drafthouse: used to give a free birthday ticket; its own FAQ now confirms that’s discontinued, replaced with a free sweet instead.
No program, real cashback instead
Regal: its complete current program rules have zero birthday mention. A genuine 8% Fluz cashback rate exists instead.
