Wyze has no personal birthday reward, and its points program is over. Its “Cam Plus Birthday Week” was a celebration of a product’s anniversary, and Wyze Wits stopped on April 30, 2026. The one route that still pays is a small cashback rate: 0.9% through Price.com.
What Wyze Is
Wyze’s own story page says “Wyze did not start in a garage. It actually started at Amazon headquarters, right here in Seattle” and “The Wyze Cam launched at $19.99.” Its sale page says “Trusted by 10+ million households.”
The Real Route: A Genuine Cashback Rate
Price.com’s Wyze page reads “Earn 0.9% cash back at WYZE,” with a maximum of $15 per order. It’s small, about 18 cents on a $20 order, but it’s a real rate on the merchant’s own store. TopCashback’s Wyze addresses returned not-found pages, and Fluz lists Wyze at “1.5% cashback,” its generic baseline. Rates move, so check the current number before you order.
The Birthday Week That Isn’t Yours
Wyze’s terms page for Cam Plus Birthday Week says the event ran “commencing Monday July 28th at 12:00 AM PT and concluding Friday, August 1st.” The page doesn’t show the year, and either way the window has closed. Wyze’s forum post explains the name: “Cam Plus is having its first birthday and you’re officially invited to our special events all week long!” It’s the product’s birthday, not yours.
The terms say the event was open to legal residents of the United States and Canada who are at least 18 years of age, that qualified new and returning users could receive 3 months of Cam Plus service at no cost, and that the subscription renews at $19.99 a year. They also say offers are limited to one per user. Nothing in it depended on when you were born.
The Points Program That Ended
Wyze Wits paid 5 points per $1 and gave points for actions such as subscribing to the newsletter and following Wyze on social media. Its pages now say “Wyze Wits is ending as of 4/30/2026,” “No further points will be earned starting 4/30/2026” and “Participants must use their points by 9/16/2026. After that date, all points will be forfeited.” That last date has passed. The Wits terms contain no birthday text. Any older article that mentions Wits perks is out of date.
What Was Actually Checked
The three Wits pages, the Birthday Week terms, Wyze’s promotional terms, the Wyzies contest page, the story page, the returns page and the sale page were read. Searching the promotional terms for “birth” returned nothing. The account page at account.wyze.com refused a plain page request, so whether the account form asks for a birthday wasn’t confirmed. The newsletter form in the footer takes an email address only.
Eligibility and Cost
The returns page says “We provide a return label, you pack, and drop off.” The Wyzies page describes a video contest with a $500 prize, and it’s a contest, not a birthday perk.
