Say you’re booking a birthday dinner and want the table to get something for it. Olive Garden says guests can get a complimentary dessert, and Fogo de Chao gives every birthday guest one too, with $25 off for rewards members. Benihana gives its members a $50 reward, and CRAFT Beer Market takes your age off the bill as a percentage, so 30% on your 30th. Tomi Buffet in San Jose lets you eat free if two adults pay, and Ruth’s Chris has a free dessert at 13 of its restaurants. A few of these promise a birthday offer without naming it, and we’ve labeled those. All fifteen were checked on October 8, 2026, against each brand’s own pages. Terms change, so check the brand’s page before you go.

Free dessert at the table
Olive Garden: a complimentary dessert on your birthday when you dine in, according to its FAQ. There’s no rewards program, the pages don’t say what the dessert is, and the eClub sign-up (21 or older, with a birthday field) repeats the offer, so joining it with your real birthday is the safe way to read it.
Fogo de Chao: a complimentary birthday dessert of your choice for the guest of honor, with no membership needed. Fogo Rewards members (18 or older) also get $25 off a full Churrasco meal, sent two weeks before the birthday, with a $25 minimum spend, good for 30 days and not valid on a list of holidays.
Chili’s: a free dessert for My Chili’s Rewards members, 18 or older with a U.S. address. It expires 10 days after it’s issued and needs a purchase of at least $5 at a participating location.

The rest of the chain’s pages name no birthday offer, so check with your own location.

Tropical Smoothie Cafe: a free smoothie reward for Tropic Rewards members, found in the app or at online checkout on the birthday tied to your account. The pages don’t say when it expires, and they give two different minimum ages, 16 and 18.
Yogurtland: a Real Rewards birthday reward worth up to $5 off for new members, up to $6 off at the Premium tier (200 points in a year) and up to $7 off at the Ultimate tier (600 points). It arrives by email with a four-week window, and you get one a year.

Outside the United States
CRAFT Beer Market: your age taken off the bill as a percentage, so 30% on your 30th birthday, on the actual day with valid ID, dine-in only, for the birthday guest’s food and drinks. Most of its locations are in Canada, and the birthday page doesn’t say whether the one in Dallas, Texas is included, so call before you book. In Ontario the discount doesn’t apply to alcohol.
Toby Carvery: a UK carvery chain that sends a birthday reward by email or in its app 14 days before your birthday, valid until 14 days after, if you signed up at least 14 days ahead. The help page doesn’t say what the reward is.
